December 1: A Letter to the Woman Who’s Holding Everything

If you're reading this on December 1st feeling stretched thin, worn down, or quietly overwhelmed… I want you to know something:

You’re not alone .And you’re not behind. And you’re not failing.

You’re tired because you’ve been carrying so much all of the time.

You’re the one who keeps all the balls in the air.

The one who remembers what everyone needs.

The one who holds the emotional weight no one else even sees.

And while the world rushes into the holidays with a faster pace and glitter, you’re over here trying to catch your breath ~ trying to stay steady ~ trying to make space for yourself without ever missing a step.

So if today doesn’t feel like a fresh, snowy start… that’s okay.

If you’re beginning December already exhausted… that makes sense.

If you feel invisible in the noise… I see you.

This month isn’t asking you to be more. It’s inviting you to be softer with yourself.

To slow down. To release the pressure. To loosen your grip on the things that were never yours to hold.

To let yourself be human.

There is no “finish strong” energy here — only finish gently.

Only move at the pace your nervous system can hold.

Only care for yourself the way you care for everyone else.

Wow, how would that feel?

Read that again ~ care for yourself the way you care for everyone else

So here’s your invitation, your gift just for you, for December:

Come home to yourself. A little at a time. Tenderly. With grace. With enoughness.

You’re allowed to rest. You’re allowed to take up space. You’re allowed to not be okay and still be worthy of support.

And if no one has told you this in a very long time:

You matter.

Your feelings matter.

Your needs matter.

Your quiet work counts — more than anyone realizes.

This month, may your heart feel held. May your body feel safe. May you feel seen — by yourself, first.

You’ve spent so long holding everything together.

Let December be the month you start holding you.
