A Little Time for You — Official Giveaway Rules

Giveaway Period: October 19, 2026, through October 25, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. Mountain Time.

 

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older, where permitted by law. Void where prohibited.

 

How to Enter: Complete the official giveaway entry form on the Back to Her Wellness website during the giveaway period. Limit one entry per person. No purchase necessary. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

 

Prize: One winner will receive one complimentary 45-minute private virtual wellness coaching Focus Session with Nicole Chandanais, NBHWC. Approximate retail value: $60. The prize is nontransferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

Winner Selection: One eligible winner will be randomly selected from all valid entries on October 26, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

Winner Notification: The selected winner will be contacted by email and must respond within seven calendar days. If the winner does not respond or is ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.

 

Prize Redemption: The winner must schedule and complete the session within 90 days of winner notification, subject to appointment availability.

 

Nature of Coaching: Wellness coaching provides support for personal wellness goals and sustainable habits. It does not replace medical care, mental health treatment, or professional medical advice.

 

Privacy: Personal information collected through the entry form will be used to administer the giveaway and contact the winner. Entrants will receive marketing emails only if they separately choose to subscribe. Additional information is available in the Back to Her Wellness Privacy Policy.

 

General Conditions: The sponsor may disqualify fraudulent, duplicate, or invalid entries and may modify or cancel the giveaway if circumstances compromise its fairness or integrity, subject to applicable law.
