"I'm Here for You"
How many times have you said those four simple words?
"I'm here for you."

I'm sure, like me, you have said this to:
A friend going through a difficult season.
Your child after a hard day.
A family member facing uncertainty.
A coworker who needed encouragement.
We say those words so naturally because we genuinely mean them.
We want the people we love to know they aren't alone.đź’—
But, recently, I found myself wondering something...đź’
How many times have I ever looked in the mirror and said those same words to myself?
🛑Stop here for a moment and really think about this.
Not just thought these words.
Not wished someone would say them to me.
Actually looked into my own eyes and whispered,
"I'm here for you."
If I'm honest...
In the past, I don't know that I ever had....
Somewhere along the way, many of us became experts at showing up for everyone else.
We comfort.
We encourage.
We reassure.
We carry.
We listen.
We love.
But when our own hearts are hurting...
our inner voice often sounds very different.
Instead of saying,
"I'm here for you,"
we say,
"Get it together."
"You should be stronger."
"Don't be so emotional."
"You'll figure it out."
"Just keep going."
"You're fine."
Would you ever speak to someone you love that way?
Probably not.
Yet, so many of us speak to ourselves that way every. single. day.
As I reflected on this, yes I reflect so much of the time. But, I began thinking about my younger self.
The little girl who wanted so desperately to be enough.
The young woman trying to do everything right.
The woman learning to navigate life's unexpected twists and turns.
How many times did she simply need someone to say,
"I'm here for you."
And then another thought came to me.
Maybe she still does.
Maybe that younger version of ourselves never completely disappears. Hello Inner Childđź‘‹
She is wired to react.
She grows with us.
She celebrates with us.
She hurts with us.
She quietly waits for reassurance when life feels uncertain to know she is safe.đź’—
And you have a preview of another upcoming blog: 'The complex pattern of fears, truths and responses your brain constructed when you were little.'👷🏼‍♀️🔨
But, back on track here.....
So, what if...
instead of waiting for someone else to offer those words...
we became the person who offered them to ourselves?
Imagine standing in front of the mirror tomorrow morning.
Not to notice the wrinkles.
Not to berate you for....(pick your poison here).
Not to criticize the reflection looking back at you.
Not to focus on everything you think needs fixing.
Imagine standing here just to pause.
Take a breath.
Look yourself in the eyes.
And simply say...
"I'm here for you."
"Whatever today brings, we'll face it together."
"I'm not leaving."
"You don't have to carry this alone."🥹
There is something incredibly healing about becoming the safe place you've spent your life trying to create for everyone else.
Maybe healing doesn't always begin with changing our habits.
Maybe it begins with changing the way we speak to ourselves.
With offering ourselves the same compassion, patience, and encouragement we so freely give to everyone else.
Because the truth is...
You deserve those words, too.đź’—
Maybe It's Time Someone Was Here for You!
As I was writing this, I realized something.
Many of us have become so good at saying, "I'm here for you,"Â that we've forgotten what it feels like to hear those words ourselves.
Sometimes we simply need someone to listen.
Someone to ask thoughtful questions.
Someone to remind us that we don't have to carry everything alone.
That's one of the reasons I created the new
This isn't about big goals.
This isn't about fixing you.
It isn't about having all the answers.
It's about creating a space where you are supported.
A space where you can pause, reflect, reconnect with yourself, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
Over the course of three personalized 50 minute coaching sessions, we'll explore where you are, what's weighing on your heart, and what matters most to you in this season of life.
Together we'll create practical, meaningful steps that honor who you are and where you're headed.
Because even the strongest women need someone in their corner.
And maybe...
it's your turn to hear those words.
"I'm here for you."
If your heart is telling you it's time to stop carrying everything alone, I'd be honored to walk alongside you.
Before you move on with your day, wherever you are, take one minute.
Stand in front of a mirror, look yourself in the eyes, and say, "I'm here for you".
Then simply notice what comes up.
And, you know what?
I am here for you too.đź’—
