If Your Day Were A Recipe

If you could describe your day as a recipe, what ingredients would you keep ~ and what would you set aside?
Would it be a bit rushed? A little over-seasoned with responsibility? Too much salt from stress? Not enough sweetness from joy?
Most of us move through our days without ever pausing to taste them.
We wake up, respond, manage, fix, adjust, push through. And before we know it, the day is done ~ plated and served ~ whether we liked the flavor or not.
But what if we slowed down long enough to ask:
What’s nourishing me right now?
What feels overwhelming?
What am I adding that no longer belongs?
What’s missing?
Coaching is often less about changing your entire life and more about adjusting the recipe.
Maybe we reduce comparison. Maybe we remove guilt. Maybe we add rest. Maybe we stir in clarity. Maybe we bring back something you used to love but forgot.
But remember, you don’t need to throw the whole dish away.
Sometimes you just need a little adjustment; a recalibration.
You are allowed to refine your days. You are allowed to choose what stays and what goes.
You are allowed to create something that actually nourishes you.
